Planned Maintenance Agreement
The planned maintenance allows customers to buy peace of mind for the life of the HVAC unit. This pre-paid agreement that will allow you to get cleaning and tune-up services twice a year (Spring and Fall) and allows for a 10% discount on any service calls, AND waives any overtime charges if you call after hours. You are also added to our priority customer list, which means you’ll receive priority service during normal business hours.
Aside from the peace of mind you get, this service plan will greatly improve the efficiency of your unit, and extend the life of your equipment. It’s a great way to make sure you keep your HVAC unit running at optimum levels throughout the year.
Here are the many things our experienced technicians will inspect when tuning up your equipment:
- 15-Point maintenance and safety check
- Clean and lubricate all moving parts
- Clean evaporator coils
- Check temperatures and pressures
- Check compressor contactors
- Clean drain and pan
- Check refrigerant
Cost is $169 for the first unit and $149 for each additional unit.
