The staff at Galbreath and Sons got a great surprise this month.
Kim Dickey of Richmond Hill brought by a delicious and beautiful cake to thank the Galbreath team. Our technicians recently changed out a compressor for her HVAC unit. It was the one of the hottest parts of this summer, and the change helped her get her house back to comfy temperatures.
Thanks so much to Kim Dickey for this great present! The staff enjoyed every bite, even though we hated to cut into such a creative cake!

I would like to thank you for the Great Job you did on our HVAC and Ductwork Change Out.
Richard & and his crew did a professional job throughout the complete conversion.
Some of the Things that made this a good experience for us are:
Andria and I immediately realized several differences with the new system:
Larry, Kim and Richard, thank the crew for their hard work and great job. It really made a good impression with Andria and I.
Please feel free to share our experience or allow us to be a reference for the great job that Galbreath and Sons did.
Best Regards,
The Honorable Col. Terrill W. Brooks

As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service to our clients, Galbreath and Sons has provided numerous ways to track our performance.
In addition to interviews and person-to-person dialogue, Galbreath and Sons has provided an online customer survey for our clients to give their feedback on our performance.
We’re genuinely pleased to say the hard work has paid off, and our customers are giving us great feedback on our work.
“Thank you very much. Our new Lennox heat pump and handler are cooling our home better than ever before. The men who installed the system went out of their way to be courteous. They even placed coverings over some holes next to the outside vents. Those holes were left by the last HVAC contractor. My family and I could not be happier!”
“I was very impressed with Larry’s professionalism and care in finding the best solution to my problem. I was also very pleased with the pricing of the full changeout. Thanks!!!”
We’re excited about the feedback we’re getting and will be working harder than ever to make sure all of our customers are more than satisfied with our products and services.

Dear Larry,
We want to express our gratitude and appreciate for your recent efforts on our behalf with regard to the defect in our Bryant air handler. You and your entire crew certainly went the extra mile for us to secure the replacement coil under warranty, and in the course of doing so, made sure that we were comfortable and well-informed.
Many thanks to all of you for your superior efforts and results. We could not have asked for a better result. We are thrilled with your service and consideration, and look forward to a long relationship with your company and your people.
Please let everyone involved know that we send our thanks, and applaud all of their efforts.
Sincerely,
David and Denise Talleur

The Gals are presently second on the list of funds raised in this year’s Relay for Life event, and hope that Galbreath customers and friends will support their efforts. The actual event is not until April 16 — six months away — but fundraising efforts are still in high gear until then.
