Satisfied Customers Speak Out

Sunday, January 24th, 2010

Dear Larry,

We want to express our gratitude and appreciate for your recent efforts on our behalf with regard to the defect in our Bryant air handler. You and your entire crew certainly went the extra mile for us to secure the replacement coil under warranty, and in the course of doing so, made sure that we were comfortable and well-informed.

Many thanks to all of you for your superior efforts and results. We could not have asked for a better result. We are thrilled with your service and consideration, and look forward to a long relationship with your company and your people.

Please let everyone involved know that we send our thanks, and applaud all of their efforts.

Sincerely,
David and Denise Talleur

How your HVAC unit is a lot like your car

Anyone who drives a vehicle knows the wear and tear it gathers the more we take it on the road. And if you don’t change the oil, change the plugs, change the air filter and make sure the engine is lubed well, you might have an expensive problem on your hands.

This truth is even more evident with your HVAC unit. We take it for granted because it runs quietly in the background, making our homes comfortable, but when they break — what a NIGHTMARE!

Galbreath and Sons wants to help you keep on top of your HVAC maintenance by offering you a preventative maintenance program that starts at only $169 per year. This could save you literally thousands of dollars down the road.
